NPE provides two technical discussion group support forums.
The WiFi-IT! 4-Hour Support Forum is moderated by NPE support staff and provides timely answers to your questions. The 4-Hour Support forum is for customers who have purchased and registered NPE WiFi-IT! Products or have bought a subscription to this forum. The 4-Hour Support forum covers only the WiFi-IT product line. Product support provides answers and help through a moderated forum that tries to respond to questions within 4-hours during standard business hours (8am - 5pm, CST).
All WiFi-IT software product updates are posted to the 4-Hour Support forum for download. Your EDK must have a license that is currently under product support to install software updates. To extend your product support period, you can purchase additional coverage from our Purchase Support page.
The Pocket Programmer Forum is moderated by NPE support staff and is dedicated to the Pocket Programmer product line. This forum is available to all clients who have purchased a Pocket Programmer product. You must register and be granted access to the forum. The Pocket Programmer forum contains the latest releases of code and chip files for users to download. You can ask questions, receive answers and download additional information on the pocket programmer product line through this forum.
